The Sound That Fell Like Water

Performance

The first series of ERE Collective’s curatorial residency, A Protest, culminated on October 1st with The Sound That Fell Like Water, a performance by London based Venezuelan multidisciplinary artist Victoria Ruiz.

Ruiz activates her distinctive wearable sculptures through movement and live percussion, transforming recycled plastic into instruments of rhythm and ritual. The work reflects on the sacredness of water and the cycles of life, showing how discarded materials carry meaning and connect us to the environment.
